Call history stopped working a week ago, .""We are currently experiencing technical difficulties...." then "Error while fetching call records" Five days ago Tiffany told me to send an email to Cox which I did but they did not respond. Four days ago I did a Chat and they said it was a nationwide problem and would be fixed by Friday - - yesterday. Still not fixed. This has been a recurring problem for 7 years.
We have received an update that the Call History is working. Please let us know if you have any other issues.

Not working as of a few minutes ago. Hadn't checked it the prior 2 days - - out of town. Tried it on a different computer a few days ago and it failed there also.
I don't do Twitter or Facebook. I've emailed firstname.lastname@example.org 5 times with the information you described and am not receiving the emails that the forum told me they sent to me. All other Cox emails are received. There is a separate topic for that on the phone forum. I did receive one phone call from a Forum moderator, Tiffany perhaps, and was told that a ticket was being submitted and they would both email the ticket number to me AND provide it to me by phone. Neither happened. I provided my account ID and password so they could run the call history from there to see why it is failing. In a Chat I was told this was a nationwide problem that would be fixed in a few days. It's been over a month, at least for me. Three days ago TiffanyR posted that they have received an update that the Call History is working. It wasn't working for me then and still is not working for me. I have requested that someone print the missing emails and mail them to me, or post them on the forum here, or fax them to me, or call me and read them to me.
I am sorry that you continue to have trouble with Call History. I have reached back out to my Phone Tools Team to continue the investigation on what's going on. We will update you as soon as we have more.
