Call history stopped working a week ago, .""We are currently experiencing technical difficulties...." then "Error while fetching call records" Five days ago Tiffany told me to send an email to Cox which I did but they did not respond. Four days ago I did a Chat and they said it was a nationwide problem and would be fixed by Friday - - yesterday. Still not fixed. This has been a recurring problem for 7 years.

I've had the same error, "Error while fetching call records' but after the glitch stops, my Call History is accurate and complete. Meaning, our Call History is there, we just can't access it while you're "currently experiencing technical difficulties."
OP is correct about this glitch being persistent.
I left the "technical difficulties" message on the screen for 10 minutes and the "Error while fetching call records" message would pop up occasionally but no call history. In a separate session I tried to download the csv file but that failed too with the same error messages.
