No Outlander Season 7 episode 8
I signed up to Starz on Cox so I could watch the newest episodes of Outlander. But there is a problem. There is no episode 8. It jumps from Season 7 episode 7 to Season 7 episode 8. Cox has all the rest of the episodes except 8. I contacted Starz but they said this is a Cox problem. Why, why, WHY do programs I'm watching on Cox constantly freeze while watching? It's annoying!!! The picture will freeze and then by the time it unfreezes, it has jumped ahead in the program. Why? I let a customer service rep talk me into getting the new cable box and it has been like this every since! The only thing that is constantly is my increased bill! I see why people cut the cord. I am trying to go through all the rates in order to get my payment down. Also, Cox took two payments out of my checking account which I did not authorize. I did not authorize easy pay and now I’m negative in my account. My bank called Cox and they said you have my checking account information and that they could take out the payment. I had called the beginning of the week and let them know I did not however they don’t listen. So Cox screwed me again. I’m not paying $235. I need someone to call me so I can change my plan. Apparently I can’t get on here to try to do that because it never lets me takes me back to community chat. I have been with Cox formally known as dimension cable since the 80s. My parents have been with Cox a.k.a. dimension cable also since the 80s. I don’t know what happened to Cox, but it’s the worst service I have ever had. For months now, we experience freezing on MSNBC and Padres channels. There may be others, but these seem to be the most problematic. We have Contour 4K modems for the TV’s with strong signals. Rebooting helps, but the issue returns after a few hours. Why do so many channels/programs on demand list their episodes all out of order with multiple seasons/episodes jumbled together and sometimes there isn’t even an episode number listed so you have to Google the show for the number and name of the episode. I setup my mom's TV to give her the local weather by saying "Weather". This has worked for a long time, but it stopped a couple of days ago. We're not even getting any error messages, nothing shows up at all. I reset her box yesterday, didn't help. I know that the Weather app was removed, this is not that. Since March 24, 2025 Every Monday the Contour box displays boot and TV stuck on Welcome screen. Had been working with no problems until then. Last week TV finally came on after 5pm.....I schedule a tech, then TV comes on. Last time tech came out, could not determine problem. Is it the box or signal coming from Cox? Good afternoon. I have a question regarding some equipment that I need to clarify. So right now we are in the process of getting rid of the combined internet and WiFi router. Now my question is if I still have my panoramic WiFi modem, can I request to have cox issue me a separate modem for the phone service or would it have to be combined into one? We have a security system that is phone line monitored and we want to have the phone modem downstairs and the WiFi modem upstairs. Do you know if theirs a way to do that? the next question I have is regarding to cable boxes. I never really understood the difference between cox tv and the contour tv.
