Error code RDK-03032
I have seen this issue mentioned in several posts over the last few years but no resolution. Intermittent problem with the Contour box and the remote not functioning. Television either goes completely out or is stuck on one channel and will not respond to any remote functions. Stays like this for a few hours and then begins functioning properly. This could occur once or several times a day and I constantly get messages asking to check connections and the messages include various codes such as: RDK-03004, RDK-03033, RDK-03032, RDK-03030. I have checked connections and swapped out the Contour box and remote with no improvements. Phone support only sends a reset which does not solve the problem. I have had two service calls scheduled but had to cancel them because the system was operating properly at the time they were to arrive. Don't see the point in having a tech come out if they can't see the problem while it is occurring. Seems as though someone in support would have a fix for this issue since it appears to have been happening to customers for several years.
