Packet Loss Gaming
The past three days the packet loss has been abysmal. Games are unplayable any suggestions would help. This usually happens with cox but is back to normal within a day. Fix this boys.

Has this been resolved? I am still experiencing packet loss and the technician could not find any issues.
@Sanchy, this case was escalated to maintenance a few days ago, and our maintenance teams are still working on restoring service. While no outage has been declared, it appears that equipment needs to be upgraded outside your home. We hope to have this resolved within the next 24-72 business hours. -Kevin
