Hello, hydrofx88. The community forums is a place for out customers to assist each other with issues that may fall outside of the scope of Cox coverage; however, we are available to assist you via email since our forums page is not designed to protect your personal information. I'm sorry your internet connection is down. I understand how much we have all come to rely on our in-home connections. For account-specific support, please email us at Cox.Help@cox.com. In private communication, please include your full name, complete address, and details of the issue as this message will not be connected to the communication unless you include the link to it. We also do have an app that you can check for outages in the area, pay your bill, and manage your account. If you don't have it please visit: https://www.cox.com/residential/education-center/getting-started/cox-connect.html. Thank you.

Cox could care less about your outage. Mine has been out the past two weekends in a row for at least 30 hours each. They just don't care.

Hi kentz. The purpose of the Cox Forums is to allow customers to discuss technical topics related to residential Cox Cable, Telephone and High-Speed Internet services with other customers. This appears as if you may need someone to look into your account personally. We would definitely be able to assist you with this. Please reach out to us on X at CoxHelp via DM, visit us on Facebook via private message, or email us at cox.help@cox.com. Provide us the name on the account with the complete service address with a link to this thread so we can get started. Thanks, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

It won't make any difference, it should have been fixed by now. They will just blow smoke.
