Yeah he did the test maybe around 8pm
Pinging darkatt. Does Tier 1 still have tools to look at signal levels across the street/node? Feel bad sending people to their email if it's just going to be a wild goose chase.

Tier 1 is relegated to using a monkey script they are required to follow. They are no longer technically trained, they are customer service trained and no longer have technical expertise. Back in 2006 when I was hired, we were required to be technically savvy, but these days, they are limited to the monkey script, and nothing more. It's sad really.

I know the script is there, but I hoped some went beyond it. What about Tier 2? Do they have tools to look at DOCSIS signal levels? Wasn't Edgehealth one of them?

Edgehealth was taken away years ago. There are still tools that can be used, but they don't have the same amount of info we got from Edgehealth, and are more cumbersome. They can pull up the modem levels, but the ability to access the node, look at other devices, verify node connectivity, is no longer available to them. It's unfortunate, Edgehealth was a fantastic tool. It was MUCH better than Polaris.
