Constant Interruptions

Been loyal to this service provider for 15+ years but I am ready to switch to another.
Multiple internet interruptions at various times that could last hours.
-almost failed midterms due to the internet disconnecting.
-had to take the rest of my midterms at a friends house, their provider is AT&T.
-constant haggling to keep your bill a steady, affordable rate

-know it all customer service reps, who just want to make your bill higher without fixing any actual issues

-outages that last days to hours

-Homelife is useless, no internet connection so what’s the point of it?
-no coupons, upgrades for loyalty members and no compensation for the loss of usage when they provide horrible service.
I also have unlimited data, upgraded to 1000 mps, and the new Pw router/modem and if this fixes nothing with the stability of the network; I will switch to AT&T.

Maybe the new router/modem will help, but switching to unlimited data and a faster Internet plan won't fix an Internet connection issue.  You'll just pay more for it.

They’ve increased my bill by $30.00 to upgrade my service for “faster internet” & a new modem as the service rep repeatedly expressed that I could not get the modem by itself. Fingers crossed it will help the connection issue but if not, I will keep this forum updated.

Same, cox is terrible.  Have had multiple people out and still have issues.  Thinking of leaving them as well.  400 a month and their answer is always spend more money.
