2-3 years and no fix for my gateway deleting and remapping ports

Ive been a cox customer for 10+ years. these past few years have been one hell of a rollercoaster.

gaming/content creating is my job slim required to be online for most of my day

this is just the most recent data in my logs. its happening everyday!!

I game on xbox maybe a problem between Microsoft and cox?

idk what exactly is going on. ive tried everything looked everywhere

disable UpnP, port forwarded, etc.. nothing has helped for the love of christ I need a solution

at this rate im going to go bald

also 25% packet loss
