Why does my wifi drop everyday multiple times???

This is ridiculous and we should be getting our money back every month for the amount of wifi loss we've experienced. COX makes me want to move homes!!! I am so sick of having internet problems everyday in the middle of my meetings and finals. Get it together COX.

    And why is the live chat button never there? What's the point of advertising live chat if it doesn't exist???
