Dec11, 12, 19 -22 outage everyday

Mass exit on cox needs to happen. Maybe then they will realize that we pay entirely too much for this service to deal with nonstop issues. Oh and don't get me started on the chat. $6 for 4 days of interruptions. I am researching my options. I hear Elon Musk has something good. Lol So long Cox!

That's not necessary. I don't need your help. I contacted the chat 3 times in 4 days. If your people can't help me when need it, I'm not going to stay. I have been with cox forever and put up with alot. I think it's time to move on.

You mean Starlink? The low orbit satellite ISP? Sure, it's great if you don't have anything else, but you are still paying top dollar for satellite internet, which means rain/storm can cause problem with service, and the fact that the traffic has to go into SPACE means you will have latency issues. Combine that with the fact that they use CGNAT, means gaming or anything real time is not optimal. Then you have to pay for the dish too.  Last, their speed is slowly dropping in most areas as congestion becomes a thing.

PS. Not to mention the company is run by a Psychopath with daddy issues.

Up and down the past month here in AZ . . . Down Detector shows customers across the nation having same issues . . . Would be nice if techs and CSRs actually talked to each other …

Absolute worst ISP I've ever had. They don't care at all and it's insane.
