Transfer service

I transferred my service in May. I've been paying my bill at my new address. Then in October, my account was adjusted with a total of $503.70 in charges. I've spoken to several agents who put in credit memos which have been denied. I had to pay $335.81 of the bill to get my service turned back on after several days of no internet. Now $167.89 is past due with threats of my service being turned off again. All agents I have spoken to have been nice except for the supervisor I spoke to on 12/23. She insisted that when I moved from my old address that I put the order in to not turn off that service until October. This makes no sense since I rented and moved out of the rental in May! I have paid my bill at my new address on time every month. I should not have to pay for an old address that I transferred service from in order to keep my current address' service on
