Unreliable

Having to tether again to Verizon to do work. This is no way to run a busimess in 2022 Cox!

Okay.  Nothing wrong with your equipment.  Cox fumbling with an outage in your zip for 16+ hours.  Does Verizon offer residential service in your zip?  "Never down" seems like a no-brainer.

No Verizon residential, but I can see the time coming soon where I will cut Cox completely and just use Verizon 5g.

    If you can survive with a "last mile" wireless connection, absolutely!
