What about wired devices? Do they stay connected, or do you lose them at the same time? It could be the modem side talking to Cox causing the issue.

Wired devices stay connected. I tested that this morning. The issue is just with the router section (WiFi) that keeps dropping out. Any suggestions?

If it's not any kind of WiFi interference, broad spectrum emi or rf, then you will probably need to talk to netgear, and look at a possible warranty replacement.
