Internet out 8am on today 5/12/2025. It's 7:43pm and my phone says estimated fix time is 9:54.

Is this the only game in town. I'm getting frustrated. When you go "over", a $40 extra shows up in billing. When this service is out, they charge me extra,,!!! I feel I'm being played ,,,$$$$

    It’s fine now after a day of no internet for my tv. Reboot, unplugged, connect reconnect over and over. Everything said was fine. Made an appointment for a new modem. The next day everything is fine. **bleep** it!
