Less bandwidth, less congestion?

The most i get is 600.

You think i would still get 500 at 500 plan?

Even if you got gigabit speeds, do you really need gigabit speeds?  How many people live in your house?  What do they stream?  Does everybody simultaneously stream?

        for upload, the higher the better. But my upload speeds always fluctuate. 

        50mbps would be ideal
