Internet outage

Are we getting a discount from our bill since the outage has been going since last night?

      I'm having the same outage since 6:00 pm Friday night. Why isn't it repaired? I better be getting a credit. It appears to me that Cox just doesn't care. I was going to get Cox moble, but I'm afraid that is out the window now!
