No service

This entire month it’s been nothing but problems with WiFi and ongoing texts about working to restore my service. I have no problem for paying my bills for what I use, but I do hate paying a $70 bill for WiFi that I have hardly been able to use this month. Does Cox offer some kind of waiver or discount code for events like this?
