This entire month it’s been nothing but problems with WiFi and ongoing texts about working to restore my service. I have no problem for paying my bills for what I use, but I do hate paying a $70 bill for WiFi that I have hardly been able to use this month. charged 50$ extra for a rejected payment. this is a rip-off. the payment was rejected due to lost the card and I was waiting on my new card to come in the mail. I have the bank order for the new card. this is totally not right and not fair. just another big tech company dominating the market. STAY AWAY OF COX IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION.
