charged 50$ extra for rejected payment!!!!!!!!!!
charged 50$ extra for a rejected payment. this is a rip-off. the payment was rejected due to lost the card and I was waiting on my new card to come in the mail. I have the bank order for the new card. this is totally not right and not fair. just another big tech company dominating the market. STAY AWAY OF COX IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worlds worst Customer Service
Congratulations Cox! You win the 1st place incompetence award for having the worlds worst customer service! Many of your CS agents are utterly useless! They lack knowlege, talk in circles, contradict themselves, and some outright rudely refuse to do their jobs! This is a result of bad training, bad management and bad employees. If you care about your reputation, why would you allow your company to be represented by so much abysmal failure? I know you also have some excellent CS reps, I give kudos to them, they are working extra hard to pick up the slack. Let go of the incompetents and reward the good ones they deserve it!

Double Billed due to EasyPay - How to resolve?
Hello, My account was billed twice. I think it's because I signed up for EasyPay and also manually paid just in case EasyPay would only work until the next billing period. How would I be able to resolve this issue, or will it just be a credit to the account? Thank you, Dominic Alhambra

Total Due different than the email I received??
I received two different emails about my first bill as it became available. This made sense because my service was transferred to another address in the same month as my first month of service. The amounts in the emails reflected what the bill should have been, and I was prepared to pay the second, updated amount. However, when I logged on to pay my bill on the date it was due, it shows a $0 amount due. I know this isn't right, and I'm a bit confused on if I should still make the payment shown in the email or not. I have not signed up for automatic payments, nor have I made any payments. Help???

Monthly fee is overdue, despite being enrolled in EasyPay
Hello everyone! I recentlyenrolled in the EasyPay option(beginning of this month). My next monthly payment for cox internet was due on 19th of June. Their help section mentions that EasyPay usually deducts the payment within 2 days after the due date. However, now it is the 23rd of June already, and the automated payment still did not go through. I wonder if this is still within norm, or if it is something to be worried about? (I would not like to have my internet connection disabled because of late payment.) Thanks for any help or suggestion!

Upload and Download speeds not meeting standards
Previously, I would have around 10mbps to 15mbps download and 2mbps to 3mbps upload on my network. I am currently paying for the package that is supposed to offer 30mbps down and (I think) 5mbps up. Lately, these numbers have been even worse, coming down to 7mbps down and 1mbps up.

Bill Delivery options changed without my consent or knowledge. Late fee ensues.
For the first two months of service with CoxIreceiveda paper bill by mail. However, on the third month, Cox changed my account to "paperless billing" without even so much as notifying me of the change. So when the bill was due I wasexpectingto get a bill by mail as with theprevioustwo months but it never came. Now I have a late fee because I was apparently suppose to log in and pay via credit card even though no one told me that was the case. How was I expected to know Cox would change my account settings without my consent or even so much as notifying me of the change?I'm a new Coxcustomerand quite frankly this is a prettybig slap in the face right off the bat. I hope this isn'ttypicalityhow Coxcommunicateswith it'scustomersbecause I frankly don't feel like having to babysit my internet provider to make sure they don't pull the wool over my eyes and change something. I have since changed my settings BACK to paper billing and have paid all bills to current date. However, there is still a $5 late fee on my account to deal with. Now 5 bucks isn't going to break my bank, but due to the ethics of how the late fee wasoccurredand the poorcustomersurviveI havereceivedso far I will not be paying it. I'd like to workcustomersupportto get the fee removed as an error since I neverreceivedmy bill. However, if I'm forced to pay the fee I will be looking in to other internet providers who have a bettercustomerrelationship (orat leastthedecencyto not changecustomersettings).

One Time Payment not working?
Moderator:This thread has been closed [DUPLICATE] See "One Time Payment Broken"for continued discussion. I logged in today as I always do each month to make my payment and it will not take me to the correct place to enter my payment information. It will let me through if I click on easy pay, but not if I am asking to make a one time payment. Is this service down currently? Please help.
