Multi-day outage
Cox is out pretty regularly, but not for this long. This is day 3 with no resolution in sight and no helpful communication from Cox. Their website says it’s a known issue and they’re working on it, but no estimated repair time. You have to try to reset your equipment and click through a denial to get an estimated repair time, which is never accurate, it just adds about 30 minutes every so often. This isn’t just three days without something insignificant like streaming, this is three days without security cameras and three days without wifi for work. I’m in south Wichita. Anyone else having this problem? I’m ready to dump Cox.
