Customer to Employee & Back again
I’ve gone back and forth for 6months now and after just being abandoned in chat, three times and having very poor interactions with your retention representatives on the phone just trying to make a change, I am done. We finally have a light at the end of the tunnel. Wyred Fiber is due to be installed in our neighborhood in less than a month, and we will be switching faster than you can blink.
