Worst Customer Service Ever

I just got off a call with a cox customer service man regarding my bill.   I was trying to understand my last bill however, he talked over me, yelled, and didn't have any patience.   I am glad I cancelled my service.   I was with Cox for approx. 30 years and I will no longer give them my business.

    First and foremost thank you for your 30 years of loyalty!  With everything you described, I believe you have every right to be disappointed.  I regret to learn we lost your business without an opportunity to address and resolve your concerns.  It is upsetting to learn one of my peers did not treat a customer with courtesy and respect and I wholeheartedly apologize.  If I may, would you mind sending us an email to Cox.help@cox.com with your account information.  I would very much like to forward the details of your call to our leadership team.  Customer Service is very important and we want to ensure we are addressing unsatisfactory interactions.
