Worst Customer Service Ever
I just got off a call with a cox customer service man regarding my bill. I was trying to understand my last bill however, he talked over me, yelled, and didn't have any patience. I am glad I cancelled my service. I was with Cox for approx. 30 years and I will no longer give them my business.
