Constant disconnect every 10 minutes or so

I'm having a lot of issues with my COX internet lfor the past few days. Every 10 minutes or so connection drops and comes back after a couple of minutes.

I've tried restarting the modem, disconnecting it completely from power and router for a few minutes, everything "Oliver" tells me to do, and nothing solves. Affects both wired and wireless connections.

I have a Motorola MB8611 Docsis 3.1 router that I got a couple of months ago.

Try posting your signal levels from 192.168.100.1. See here what the signal levels should be. Also, look at your event logs for errors. If you post the logs be sure to edit out the MAC addresses.

In general, do you happen to be in Tulsa or OK?

Really high % on uncorrected packets. Is this usually a cable issue or an ISP issue?

Your downstream power levels are high. Should be -10 to +10dB. Could be a cable/splitter issue but impossible to tell. Could also be a issue with the lines on the street. How do your upstream levels look?

First, like I remind EVERYONE, you don't have a Motorola Modem, you have a ZOOM modem. Zoom leased, then purchased the name motorola, and applied it to THEIR line of equipment. Arris actually purchased Motorola Mobility, and while they leased the name to Zoom, they kept the equipment hardware/software for themselves.

That being said, when you disconnect, is your modem still connected to Cable, (Check the lights on the front), or does it indicate it's reconnecting.

FYI, the MB8611 is a MODEM, and you have a router connected to IT, that provides wired and wireless internet to your devices.

      Gotcha, thanks for the clarifications!

The only light that changes is the online light (blue globe light), that starts blinking.

And you are correct, sorry for the misstype. I use Google WiFi mesh as router
