Audio missing on Fox Nation program
I purchased Fox Nation app from Cox yesterday specifically to watch The Saints series. Tried to watch episode 1 on Joan of Arc. There is no Audio for the show. Tried everything I can think of but no success. All other programs I’ve tried on Fox Nation work fine. Seems to be just this one program. Perhaps a corrupt audio file??? Cox support no help. Anyone else having this problem?
Internet a joke
My internet is consistently going out. Sometimes a few minutes, sometimes longer. I use smarthelp, I call customer service, they say a reset might help. This is not an in house issue, it happens to at least 2 of my neighbors. From what I read on Facebook and this site we are not alone. Why would I ever consider upgrading or using your supposedly fantastic mobile service, when the internet I receive is so poor?
Cox.net Email ported to yahoo - email address permanent?
We are considering leaving Cox for all services. We ported our email as required to Yahoo successfully earlier this year. Even though our email is "@cox.net", we assume Yahoo will continue to support that email address even without Cox internet, but would like confirmation before we drop our other Cox services. Thanks for your help.
6 Recording on contour TV
Hello We just got contour TV DVR with a new modem. However we are unable to record more than two shows at a time. We were under the impression that contour allowed up to six recordings the time. I have tried everything and looked up multiple online videos. What are we doing wrong? ThanksREGULAR CHANNELS & RECORDINGS FREEZING UP
For the past several weeks now our channels ( different ones) have been freezing up while watch a program. Also a lot of our recordings (again different channels) when watching them are also freezing up, and then restarting over or just stopping then going to the delete tab.
