Audio cuts in/out 2 secs on 2secs off continually on channel 81 (Heroes & Icons). This ** and so does Cox fake chat help.
On Channel 81-Heroes and Icons network the audio continually cuts in and out, about 2 second on 2 seconds off. This continues for as long as I am tuned to that channel. It is not an intermittent problem. What ** even more is that there is no way to email Cox about this. I am constantly (5 or more times a day) getting calls where it rings once and then nothing. The caller's number does not show up in the caller ID on my phone, but if I am watching TV I will see the number displayed on the TV screen for a moment. I get a popup about the giftcard after a few moments on any page I open in Safari on my iPad. If one clicks “close” in the popup window you get the page to select your box. If you go back or open another tab, same thing happens. Not happening in Chrome. Only change to the iPad was I backed it up earlier in the day. Any way to get rid of this?Obviously spoofed numbers
Is there some reason why Cox cannot block OBVIOUSLY SPOOFED numbers. I live in the 520 area code and am constantly getting telemarketing robocall showing a caller ID of 520-1##-####. There are no telephone numbers in the 520 area code which begin with the number "1". Any call showing that in the caller ID is using a spoofed number. It should be easy for Cox to set up a mechanism which would automatically reject these calls. I keep getting hang-up calls from a number in Deming,NM. Got 5 today. After the 4th I called the number. There was a recording saying I'd reached some sort of polling/survey company called "CMI", and I left a voicemail asking them not to call me. 5 minutes later I got yet another call. Is there somewhere on this site where I can report this to Cox or should I wait and see if I get more calls and then report it to the police?
