Crap equipment. Crap company
I have had Cox for tv and internet for 20+ years. The first 10 or so were average. The last 10+ has been horrible. Every year we have issues with the tv or DVR or both and have to have techs come to the house and install”new” updated devices. Routers, DVRs, etc. There is always an excuse as to why. Just today, 1 Dec 2024, our DVR is not playing back recorded show properly. It starts, stops, and freezes about every 1 minute. Really Cox? AGAIN! So, let me guess, we need yet another tech visit and tech refresh? All of this wonderful, reliable service for $200+ a month. Why? Why, I ask myself every year. Hello Verizon, here we come. Bye-bye Cox. YOUR SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT IS HORRIBLE. !!!!!
