How is your internet service? Are you using wireless boxes or coax? If coax, regular DVR or cloud DVR? Have you considered switching to a streaming service like Youtube TV?
I actually had Verizon FIOS, and while their internet was GREAT, their new TV service is pretty bad. Their old TV service(which is still used in some areas) was a lot better but now they try to put everyone new on FIOS TV+. See post here. so watch out. grass is always greener on the other side. I moved and now have Frontier fiber. They don't even sell TV service to new customers anymore, except to resell Youtube TV.
