Hello. You can swap equipment at the nearest Cox retail store or you can request for new ones to be shipped to your home location. Be advised that you will receive the same type of box but it may not be the exact same model. We also offer the option for a tech to come out and install the boxes as well.

Why do you need to swap the box? What problem are you having? There are issues with Cloud DVR since the change around the 11th. Is that when your issue started? If so, swapping the box probably won't help. Check out some of the other posts on the subject.
