Swap existing cable boxes with same type
Can I swap out my existing cable boxes with the same type? If so, is there an option to have them shipped to me and provide postage paid boxes to return the existing ones? I know for business users...

Hello. You can swap equipment at the nearest Cox retail store or you can request for new ones to be shipped to your home location. Be advised that you will receive the same type of box but it may not be the exact same model. We also offer the option for a tech to come out and install the boxes as well.
