You charge me for going over usage but don’t refund when your service goes out??? You charge me for gigablast but the service has NEVER been that fast.

You charge me for going over usage but don’t refund when your service goes out??? You charge me for gigablast but the service has NEVER been that fast. How can you teach your customers with such disrespect?  These are some reasons most customers HATE cable companies.
