When will service come back on

I'm sorry to hear you're facing any impact to the internet. I understand needing to know if there's a network alert or if there is something else happening impacting the service. If you have access to the Cox App on a mobile device with data, you may attempt signing in to check for network alerts and estimations www.cox.com/residential/learn/cox-app.html.
