Cox service Techs

My first experience with my cox installation was not good! Cox just sent out an amazing Technician that fixed all the issues with the installation and went the extra mile to make sure it was correct and a professional installation. If your having issues ask for this Technician Aldrin ***** ******* I'm sure you will not be disappointed! Thank you Aldrin for the awesome service.

  • I'm sure you mean well, but the tech may not want his name published in a public forum.  You should edit your post to remove his name and send an email to cox.help@cox.com with it included there.  They will see that the appropriate management personnel are made aware of your comments.
