Are we going to get credit?

Are we going to get credit for the day(s) without service? This is becoming way to common of an occurrence.

    Not until we all start demanding compensation pay for these extended service interruptions.

    Tell me why my local power company who is the fraction of the size of Cox and has a fraction of the resources can address issues in the matter of a couple hours.  Yet it takes Cox days to remedy simple issues.

        Well it's still down so the tab is still running. I'm guessing it will be a multiple day thing or possibly weeks.  When it comes back I guess we can all settle up.  Hopefully they'll respect their customers and do the right thing.
