They have that script program, and they have something called homeview, that allows them to see the modem and do a few things, NOTHING though on the order of what Edgehealth provided. Kinda like running a Formula One race with a VW beetle.
Homeview, got it. I think you have mentioned that before. Kind of reminds me of Polaris, if you remember that program. Showed stats but didn't have any of the options like to upgrade firmware or clear ARP cache. Home cert. is another one I know the technicians used because it showed cable boxes.
