They are very helpful but still can't resolve all the bugs.

I just wish they had tools like Edgehealth and other things that diagnose modem issues. I hear CAG has it but I don't think the Social Media Team does. They might have access to Homeview or Home Certification which is a less powerful tool.

MOST of the CAG doesn't have it either, and when I was there only about 4 people in CAG had it.

Does CAG have some other tool? Don't tell me they have to use that script program too.

They have that script program, and they have something called homeview, that allows them to see the modem and do a few things, NOTHING though on the order of what Edgehealth provided. Kinda like running a Formula One race with a VW beetle.
