Continued Service Interruptions All through the Month of May

All this month I have been getting service interruptions to my internet service. Cox gave me updated equipment which I installed. Now they tell me they can't active or trouble shoot it because of service transmission issues. They have zero estimation of when it will be corrected. This morning, I can get on the internet but I can't get my wifi to work at all. I'm not well versed in all of this and don't know what to do. Cox is of no help.

If you are in an active outage, that would certainly explain the inability of an agent to activate equipment or troubleshoot with you at this time.

      Why can't you troubleshoot here? Why is that "our" job? Isn't your purpose here to help customers? 4 years and 4 solutions. I think most of these mods are bots. I really do. All the actual employees have quit or been fired.

    Can you describe the problem in detail, as if talking to a blind person? When the service goes out, just wifi? Anything new this month? Has it happened before?  Does the internet stop working or just slow or packet loss? Do you have a white Panoramic gateway?
