Continued Service Interruptions All through the Month of May
All this month I have been getting service interruptions to my internet service. Cox gave me updated equipment which I installed. Now they tell me they can't active or trouble shoot it because of service transmission issues. They have zero estimation of when it will be corrected. This morning, I can get on the internet but I can't get my wifi to work at all. I'm not well versed in all of this and don't know what to do. Cox is of no help.
