My bill

How long does it take you all to receive a payment because it's very important that I've been trying to turn my Wi-Fi back on I paid $148 and it still has not been restored I paid it May 23rd on a Friday and it still has not been restored

    If you paid them via Bill Pay through your banks app or website. ..beware, my bank sent a check made out to Cox...from my bill pay account, to my home address instead of mailing it to cox. 

    And because it was a holiday weekend you won't be able to reach anyone until tomorrow.

    Try powering your modem off wait 30 sec, then power on. SOMETIMES even if your account is re-activated, if the modem wasn't rebooted, it's still holding on to the wrong IP address, and you won't be able to route IP traffic. Rebooting fixes that.
