I paid my bill on May 23rd Friday and my internet is not on why

    Again - 

    Try powering your modem off wait 30 sec, then power on. SOMETIMES even if your account is re-activated, if the modem wasn't rebooted, it's still holding on to the wrong IP address, and you won't be able to route IP traffic. Rebooting fixes that.
