COMPANY STINKS. SERVICE HORRIBLE PATCHY REBOOT OVER AND OVER

INTERRNET SPEED NOT WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. GET BS FROM SUPPORT. CONTOUR IS A MESS.

INTERRUPTED VIDEO, QUALITY PATCHY.

CALLING OR CHATING I GET A DRONE WHO CANNOT GET MANAGEMENT TO PROVIDE WHAT CUSTOMERS PAY FOR

ALSO THE BS PW GAME. GIV ME BREAK,. THEY WERE HACKED THE SCM AND WILL NIT ADMIT. CHASE, DATING SITES

 A VERY BIG HACK. ALL DENY. BANK SERVICE LIKE YOURS VERY POOR, WEAK NOT RELIABLE THEY ALSO WILL N0 ADMIT THEIR SITE ** AND IS DAMAGED. THEY DENY ALL THE MISTAKE THEOR WEB SITE MAKES AFTER THE HACK.

GETTING VERY SICK OF BEING MANIPULATED. YES MY INTERNET SPEE FLUTUATES WIDLEY AT TIMES. OO MANY PEOPLE ON THE LINE THEN YOU NEED MORE JUICE. YOUR INCOMPETENCE SHULD NOT FALL BACK ON CUSTOMERS,

    Hi Paladin, we are sorry that you're having a poor and unpleasant experience with our products and services, and we would appreciate the opportunity to work with you. In reference to slow speeds, are you on WiFi or are you on a hard-wired connection? We generally recommend performing hard-wired speed tests every now and again, as this can help determine if the issue may be caused by inadequate WiFi coverage. I am including some information on ways to improve your internet experience:

    If you have any splitters inside the home, please ensure they are in working condition. Splitters can experience signal degradation over time or simply fail without warning.     I have been online at this site but it is impossible to speak with someone. I could call I suppose but there goes over an hour only to be redirected to another :person" that they will have to transfer to someone else that know nothing about my service.
