In reference to slow speeds, are you on WiFi or are you on a hard-wired connection? We generally recommend performing hard-wired speed tests every now and again, as this can help determine if the issue may be caused by inadequate WiFi coverage. If you have any splitters inside the home, please ensure they are in working condition. Splitters can experience signal degradation over time or simply fail without warning.
