Still massive packet loss, as high as 40%.

Sorry I had to delete my last reply, i was getting out of line and it was a nasty comment. There was a boom trruck in my neighborhood working on some stuff about an hour ago and now my pingplotter is showing no packet loss, hopefully its no fluke and the tech found and fixed the problem. Ill be back if the problem comes back.
