Another outage

This is becoming to be redundant. Three nights in a row. It's time to change companies. Cox will be done for me.

    Yes. That is true. They are trained well and provide more options in order to have reliable internet connection. It is business and high technology nowadays unfortunately :-) More internet speed with a new plan plus a new modem/router ???

    I paid 164 a month, same payment with new plan and new modem for my work at home - plan is with 1.780 Ghz (???) with Cox Panaromic Gateway (PW8 model). Unbelievable speed; but, I have a new issue with either iPhone 15 Pro Max (IOS udated as 18.0.1) or Cox modem/router now. It is a Wi-Fi connection when moving around the house - still an unknown cause :-) Apple Live Chat recommend me to a senior adviser who have noe called me yet :-) What A life :-))))
