Prepaid Visa Offer Code is Top Secret

I received an email shortly after signing up that I was eligible after three months to submit a claim for a Prepaid Visa worth a $100.  I have five kids, a little goes a long way.  As it turns out I'm a human, and I managed to delete the email with the "Offer ID".  Now no one can tell me what that is and all I get is the run around and no matter the number I call, they tell me to call everyone else.  I was told that because it was a web order I could not be helped.  Apparently, web orders are top secret and no one is privy to whatever offer was presented.  Okay, so I'm out a $100 and the install Tech pulled up my carpet all around my master bedroom, and now I have to pay additional funds to have the carpet properly re-installed.... And he switched all of the televisions around throughout my house...what?

So far Cox, you guys are pretty crappy with the customer service.  Also, I called to report the carpet thing, not expecting they will actually do anything just to make them aware... and I get this random email that an Order was Processed for a new remote??  I don't even know what that is about.  Unless the remote is magic and can allow me to get out of this cable contract and your non-existent customer service, not really sure what that's going to do.
