need a better connection in 1 room

I have a Arris SBG8300 DOCSIS® 3.1 Gigabit Cable Modem. Everything works great, but 1 room in the house gets bad Wifi. What are my options? I do not want to switch over to Cox Panoramic with a ...

Why not just put an Access Point in the hallway?  You can buy a low profile, slim, non-discreet router and hang it on the wall, perhaps above an outlet.

    You need to get creative.  The connectivity possibilities are here but only you have the engineering possibilities.

    You may need to...
     • install an AC outlet in the hallway
     • route Ethernet through attic
     • Powerline Ethernet
     • ...anybody else?
