Horrible connection

We live in Fountain Hills, AZ. Our apartment complex has Cox as their preferred WiFi provider, and with not many options to choose from anyway, that’s what we went with. TELL ME WHY THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST WIFI I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! We’ve lived here almost a year and have consistently had connection issues. I work from home, and instead of being able to use the internet we pay $100 a month for, I’m having to use up my phone hotspot JUST TO BE ABLE TO WORK!! I’m sorry, but this is getting out right ridiculous. If the connection is never going to be available, what am I paying this much for???? My parents also live in Fountain Hills and rarely have any issues; being 5 min down the road from my apartment how is that even possible?? This needs fixed, like yesterday. Absolute insanity I’m still having to pay this much money for crap service that doesn’t work.
