    Hi @ Hendrix,

I know having low upload speeds can be the pits. Please make sure all connections are securely connected (finger tight) and the cables are undamaged. Are those hardwired speeds or speeds on wifi? Are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you bypass the splitter/amplifier and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?

No splitters or amps no. And its both wifi and hardwired results. It happens mainly during peak hours so i do not know whats going on. At around 2338 i got good results back. It runs fin throughout the day. But it will randomly drop at night for a couple hours. This definitely feels like throttling and im not appreciative of that, if it is throttling just please tell me.

  • I have been having g the same issues for the past few weeks. I never got the full 35 Mbps upload. Highest I have seen on my connection is 11mbps.... If I'm lucky. Normal basis my upload runs about 5-7 mbps. Now for the last couple of weeks I might get 3mbps - 30kmbs. I can barely run a PlayStation 4. My boyfriend and, I can't even play together. Oh yeah. And, we are running  wired connections

Sounds like how mine goes in and out at a regular rate, as well. Typical Cox.
