Internet Upspeed throttled on Gigablast

Last few days ive been having issues with anything that requires my upseed to be consisten and above 10mbps which as of late has been stuck at 100kb/s. Payjng for gigablast atm. Whats the fix?

Update: consistently goes down in speeds for hours at a time the comes back for a couple minutes then out again.

Sounds like how mine goes in and out at a regular rate, as well. Typical Cox.

    Yea if it cant be fixed imma switch providers probably.

        I am in the New Orleans area. I have been trying to deal with the same issue for about 9 months now. I pay for 500mbps down/10mbps up. My download speeds are pretty good, but upload is very sporadic. I have had several techs come out to my home and they all assured me that the problem was somewhere between "the plant and my relay". No fix yet...
