Spotty internet

Looks like I’m not the only one suddenly experiencing spotty service. Is COX pushing a new product or device? I’ve been a customer for a while now and I noticed that whenever they want customers to sign up for something new the service suddenly gets all wonky…and I don’t think it’s a coincidence…

    It depends. Are you experiencing spotty internet on all devices? Do you have anything connected via ethernet, and is experiencing the same problem?
