Internet out again.

Once again my internet service is down. Happens multiple times a week. I pay almost $300 a month for service that works 70% of the time. Cox, please refund 30% of my monthly bill for the last few months.

      It is now out again. 

      This is last straw. Out 3 times in 3 hours is crap, especially considering how much I pay.
